Catching Up in 7

Catching up in 7

2020 I blogged less than ever-

only 25 for the year.

This (last) year has not allowed a lot of mental energy, I had just enough to give to my job and family.  Balance is not happening and blogging is not either.

Here is a recap of the last few months of 2020-

1.  My Birthday

This year my birthday was very low key.  My pals, Cindy and Ellen, made it so fun for me with a picnic, crafting, and outdoor scavenger hunt.

Winter Favorites

I spent the winter break enjoying some of my favorites, and trying to offer up a little self rest.

Netflix:  Cobra Kai, Gossip Girls, The Bridgertons,

& Issi and Ossi (hilarious foreign/ romantic film).

I am such a Cobra Kai fan.  Did you know my first crush ever was Daniel LoRusso?  Now I have an adult crush on Johnny.

Book Club:  I've been doing an online book club about race and cultural sensitivity.  Surprisingly, this has turned into something that I really look forward to with meaningful communications.  I've thought about holding my own Zoom Book Club after.   I just love the engagement.

Books:  Check out Peace, Love, Books blogger for awesome suggestions on anything romance.  I love her because she is a teacher and makes being a book nerd cool!
